BhuVerify exists to make land due-diligence in Maharashtra fast, transparent, and affordable. Every report combines authoritative government data with high-resolution satellite imagery so you can see, in seconds, whether a plot's on-the-ground reality matches its 7/12.

We pull cadastral boundaries from MahaBhuNaksha, overlay them on Bhuvan (ISRO) satellite tiles orthorectified to Indian survey lineage, and cross-check the legal area with the polygon geometry computed in UTM zone 43N. Discrepancies, encroachments, and missing neighbours surface immediately — no manual GIS work required.

Our audience is real-estate diligence teams, lawyers, banks underwriting agricultural loans, and anyone buying or selling agricultural land who wants an independent check before a deal closes. We do not sell ad space, do not resell user data, and do not store anything that isn't needed to deliver a report or process a payment.
